The packaged ESP and ESL versions are uploaded together, and you can choose to install them according to your needs.
This mod adds the Blue Umbrella medical syringe found in Resident Evil Village to Fallout and will replace the healing needle throughout the game.
Works in first and third person, as well as companions, although third person is a bit weird if you look too close. This also replaces the player-used healing needle audio with Resident Evil Village audio.
