*The same flashlight from DOOM 3 can shine and smash*
background
Before the war, this rugged American-made flashlight was standard issue for maintenance workers and security personnel throughout the Commonwealth. Its weighted aluminum casing is designed to withstand abuse, whether lighting checkpoints or "persuading" communist sympathizers to reconsider their allegiances.
Now, these durable tools have found a new life in the wasteland. Raiders used them as crude clubs, while militia patrols carried them on their belts for emergencies. It won't stop super mutants, and it won't win firefights, but a well-placed swing can splatter roaches or crack the skull of any unlucky thief who gets too close
How to get
This flashlight can be found as random loot or purchased from certain vendors. Maintains balance as a useful early game weapon.
Fully customizable on any weapon workbench - upgrade its bulb for brighter lighting.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
