I merged all new games and content back into the main file.
Turrets have more health.
Added tubular grenade launchers to some weapon traps (tripwire traps).
The attributes of the nail gun have been strengthened and the refresh rate has also been increased.
I've renamed some junk items for clarity.
X02 power armor is lighter.
Enclave remnants will have T45 Power Armor more frequently than Hellfire or X02. Especially at low levels.
Troops in the Hellfire Enclave use regular flamethrowers more than heavy incinerators.
Halloween pumpkin heads and felt hats can be generated into legendary hats.
The Tesla Cannon can spawn as a legendary piece of equipment.
Removed food and medicine in LLD_Raider, which should reduce overall food in the game.
Updated on August 13, 2026:
Version 113
LunarFalloutOverhaul.esp: Removed the X02, Inferno and Halloween Creation Club masters from the main file and added separate patches for each version. The spawn amount of saw blade ammo has been increased, and an advanced receiver has been added to the saw blade launcher.
- Cleaned up redundant main memory in all patches and converted most patches to ESL files. To make it clearer from last time, I renamed several custom content patches.
- LFO ccAMR patch: Increase barrel effective range, reduce .308 receiver value, adjust receiver modcol to balance NPC spawning.
- Added CC patches for Bottle Slayer, Ion Gun, Beast Hunter, Scavenger, Pest Rifle and Bounty Hunter content.

All mod versions after version 110 contain changes to Creation Club content for next-gen updates, so all of this content is required. The previous single patch for this content is no longer required and is no longer compatible with version 111 and above of Lunar Fallout Overhaul.
Lunar Fallout is a complete overhaul of Fallout 4 in a deceptively small package. This mod overhauls nearly every system in the game to work together and create a cohesive, balanced experience. This aims to reach a sweet spot where you feel like your character is becoming stronger and more capable, but the world continues to provide challenges. While I consider the mod to be complete, I still follow the comments section and occasionally fix any bugs reported. At this stage it's a very stable mod.

However, be prepared for a challenge and know that you may need to relearn the game to some extent.
All in one?
Yes, this mod covers almost every element of the game that I think needs fixing or balancing (as well as suggestions made by other users). Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
