Hello!
This mod adds the backpack used by Lucy in the Amazon Fallout TV series. Also included is an optional brown, non-shelter tech version.
The backpack can be found in the blue pod building outside Vault 111. It adds +25 to your carry weight limit and can be upgraded at the Armor Workbench to increase your carry weight limit.

I recommend using it with CrazyDeal's rebalancing patch, which inspired the balancing of this mod

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
