Hello and welcome! This is a very simple but dubbed line from Lucy in the TV series. You can find her at the Supermarket in Lexington. This mod was made using companion templates. I tried making it from scratch once and it failed miserably. XD
You could send her to a residential treatment center. If not, take her to any settlement. Dismiss her then move her (R) and the menu will tell you to send her to a settlement you own.
There are no requirements and should work fine on next and older versions of the game. I'm not sure about the anniversary edition though. Try it yourself! Confirmed this also works on the Anniversary Edition.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
