About this mod Machine translation
describe:
I hate it when your character always points his gun 100% first person, it's not immersive. Your character will now be shot down if not fired. Here's a simple animated scan, now...
Feel free to comment any suggestions/bugs
Guys, please don't ask for buttons to delay or lower the weapon, it's not possible.
I'm trying to improve the mod without CK and I have to admit, it's really hard! But after CK is released, I can do everything you want in minutes :)
-------------------------------------------------
plan:
Adds a delay before lowering the weapon after firing.
Added a button to lower the weapon manually
Keep your weapon 100% of the time in combat
-------------------------------------------------
Update log:
1.1
Now using Power Armors.
-------------------------------------------------
tip:
I recommend you disable target zoom for a better experience! When using Iron Sights, you are not using robot eyes for zooming.
Open fallout4.ini and add after everything:
[camera]
f1rdPersonAimFOV = XX.0000
f3rdPersonAimFOV = XX.0000
XX is your current FOV.
-------------------------------------------------
Manual installation
1)
- Extract the mesh folder to fallout 4 data folder: ..\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
2)
To have the game read loose files you need to change a line in Fallout4.ini
(This step is not required if you are already using another animation mode)
- Located at: ...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
- Find this line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal = STRINGS \
-Add "MESHES" at the end of the line like this:
sResourceDataDirsFinal = STRINGS \,MESHES \
I recommend that you change "fallout4.ini" to "read-only" since the game refreshes this file frequently.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
