About this mod Machine translation

I was a little disappointed with Vanilla Survival's cosmetics, "Herbal Pain Relief," "Herbal Antibacterial," "Antibiotics," and "Herbal Stimulants." Their grids are very forgettable and since they don't stand out I rarely use them. So with this mod I gave the chems new re-textured meshes to make them more memorable and iconic chems instead of just some stick in a jar. If your character can make a whore out of some blood, then they can certainly make these chemicals. These should really accentuate your survival experience, making cosmetics look like chemicals, and if you're a master chemist you should be able to craft special chemicals. For those of you who are truly hardcore survivalists, living off MREs and irradiated water should feel more like survival and leave you in a sweet, sweet immersion.

I also added two new items, "Serums" which are a combination of all herbal cosmetics. It takes all of these to make, but with this useful medicine, you will no longer have to remember which medicine to use. The serum is a panacea, providing resistance to lethargy, parasites and any disease.

Then there are MREs. These are rarely found in containers and are sold by merchants. Not only do they heal a lot of health, they also increase your healing rate and increase your resistance to fatigue. MRE will also spawn in the world at any other difficulty setting. So if you download this mod and don't survive, you can still find them.

IMPORTANT: There is a file for VIS users and a file for those without VIS support. Don't download both, just one or the other.

If you have any suggestions, please feel free to post them in the comments section. It's a small model, but for me it's already made a big difference.

Just use NMM, or drag and drop the 7zip contents into the Data folder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
