Start the module:
When you first enter Nuka-World, you have the option to remove the NW Brotherhood and Institute Exiles from the game. Both NWR and VNW will adapt to non-existent factions if you choose to remove them.
Next, you can choose to head to Tairfield instead of the monorail sequence at Nuka-World.
Choosing Nuka-World requires you to complete the base DLC and NWR before you can launch VNW.
Choosing Tairfield allows you to skip the base DLC and NWR and continue with the VNW Traders questline.
Alternatively, if you have completed NWR and you have not destroyed all factions, entering Cappy's Cafe (for the Raiders questline) and Fizztop Grille (for the Traders and Exiles questline) will start the questline based on the following conditions:
Traders Questline - Only available if you didn't kill Lucy yourself and didn't side with Greg during the NWR.
Academy Exiles questline - Only available when you join the Exiles, not destroy them or remove them from lore.
Raiders questline - Only available if you didn't kill Greg (by your own hands or other means) and didn't support Lucy.
You can complete 30 missions in total, but due to choices and consequences, you won't be able to complete them all in one playthrough.
