LOCKED & LOADED:GUNNERS ADDON
Several new bots have been added to the ranks of the Gunners faction, and can be found wherever the Gunners spawn:
- Scraper: A cheap and disposable robot mainly used for stripping and transporting resources, general searching, or as a consumable. Usually equipped with low-level weapons.
- Scrapper Packmasters: Better equipped Scrappers, often accompanied by mules.
- MULES: Quadruped robots used to transport large amounts of resources. Better be careful though, they can still pack a punch.
- Heavy Assaulters: Larger and sturdier than their standard cousins, they ditch their head lasers in favor of heavy weapons and the new Heavy Assault Hand Blade (which can be upgraded with two new impact-based attachments).
- Warmaster: The biggest, baddest robot you're likely to encounter in the Commonwealth. Dual lasers, rocket launchers, and a devastating hunter-killer drone launcher make it a force to be reckoned with. My advice - keep going and be careful of drones, they will stalk you relentlessly. There are only three Warmasters to be found in the Wasteland - one in Quincy, one outside Gunners Square, and one in the Glowing Sea.
what else?
- In the center of Gunner Square, a Gunner soldier rides a unique shoulder-mounted robot.
- Deep in Vault 95, a private carries his mascot.
- A robed, hooded robot armed with strange weapons comes from the glowing sea and walks into the Children of the Atom, preaching about the coming storm...
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
