Bunker House:

The design of Lima Detachment is based on the "Remnant Bunker" from Fallout: New Vegas. Of course, I (original author MrColonelMustard) spiced it up a bit because the bunkers in New Vegas are pretty barren. It comes with all workstations, ample Power Armor workstations (which are linked together and share resources), a working water purifier, a coffee machine, and a Fusion Core charger. Also included is an exercise bike and bench press from the Vault-Tec DLC, several display mannequins that can be gender-switched via the terminal, and a number of weapon display stands. The bunker also includes a unique Med Station that heals your wounds, irradiates, and cures addictions. There is a working decontamination arch in the entrance hall which will remove any radiation from you. The cafeteria has a refrigerator to store your food and cool down all your Vim, beer, and Nuka Cola drinks after 6 hours in-game. The room also includes a display stand for Elianora’s unique bobbleheads and robot models. The player room has a bed, provides the Well-Rested bonus and displays the player's name, and a terminal that accesses the PA system, Music from any of Commonwealth Radio's three main radio stations can be played. Once the bunker is obtained, a unique Enclave-themed radio station can be activated from the player terminal. The bunker also includes a Requisition Terminal for purchasing Enclave armor, weapons, medicine, etc..... (similar to the one located in Atlas Summit). After obtaining the bunker, check the War Map in the Mission Ready Room for additional missions that will lead you into several new faction-based dungeons to explore and obtain the hidden rewards within. Additionally, as you complete each faction-themed mission, you'll unlock buildable settlement objects. These include: a radio tuned to Federation frequency E14, two Enclave promotional posters, an NCR wall flag and flagpole, an Outcast wall flag and flagpole, an Enclave wall flag and flagpole, and a unique Brotherhood of Steel wall flag and flagpole. Additionally, there is a small quest about what happened to the protagonist in Fallout 3.

One of the bunkers was heavily inspired by a very dear mod author to me. When XricsX first released his amazing mod standalone Enclave X-01 Power Armor livery - Lore Fix, it included an Enclave bunker that players could explore when going to get the Enclave X-01 Power Armor. This bunker has since been dismantled, but to show my appreciation for all h …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
