HHF VaultGirl skill icon for LevelUpMenuEx

Description: A compatibility/asset conversion patch that brings the HHF VaultGirl talent tree talent icon into LevelUpMenuEx.

This mod keeps LevelUpMenuEx's LevelUpMenu.swf active, and then provides converted standalone PerkClip_*.swf files so that LevelUpMenuEx can load VaultGirl-like skill animations through its external skill icon path.

This patch no longer uses the original HHF talent tree menu file. Instead, embedded PerkClip assets are converted into separate files for use with LevelUpMenuEx.

If you also have the HHF VaultGirl talent tree installed, make sure this patch wins the following conflicts:

Do not let other LevelUpMenu.swf cover LevelUpMenuEx or this patch, otherwise LevelUpMenuEx may not work properly.
