About this mod Machine translation
If successfully hacked, this mod would give any chance of locking security to spawn a ★LEGENDARY item, resulting in more meaningful Scrounger and Locksmith perks. This chance is based on two things: the difficulty of the lock, and therefore your Locksmith perk level, and your Scrounger perk level. The higher these levels, the greater the chance of obtaining ★LEGENDARY items. I'd like to keep the exact recipe a secret, but, say, if you lock a novice safe without any Scrounger perks, there's a 4% chance you'll find a star on it, whereas on the other hand if you lock a Master safe, with a four-star Scrounger perk, there's almost a 100% chance you'll get something more valuable and useful than a pipe pistol and a handful of .38 ammo.

Just to let you know: if you lock the safe again with a console command, it will not have a new chance to spawn a ★LEGENDARY item. The only other way to try and get the ★LEGENDARY item from the same safe is to wait until the cell respawns.
