About this mod Machine translation
This mod replaces the basic Fallout 4 menu with a video featuring all the Fallout games, adapting it to the context of Fallout 4. It also includes the song that appeared in the Fallout Prime video trailer - I Don't Want To See Tomorrow, recommended for those watching the Fallout series on Amazon Prime
Prerequisite: All DLC
Version 2.0 was updated on September 12th: replaced by a 1080p, 60-frame version, which can be used on versions 1.10.163 and 1.10.984.
If you love the Amazon Prime Video series and want a menu that includes music from other Fallout games as well as the Fallout Prime trailers, this is a great option if you want to modernize your Fallout menu without straying from the original essence of the franchise.
Please note that this model was tested on Fallout version 1.10.163. I (the original author marchosoelbrujo, the same below) don't know if it will run on the next generation version.
The quality may not be latest generation, but for now I'll improve it over time as the community lets me know.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
