Version 0.2: Laser Beam
I finally found the missing files for the laser textures, expect more beam and weapon color variants in the near future.
Laser Weapon Reskin
I was playing around with the game's weapon colors (I really thought they should do something with weapons similar to armor color customization) and then it came out and I tried it and liked it better than the default weapon skins. So there you go, if you like this too, I hope you like it.
Note that this also affects laser rifles. Additionally, if you download the cartridge optional mod, this will change the appearance of every laser cartridge in the game
Weapon color variants:
Gray base, blue accents and orange cables -> Optional blue cartridge documentation
Dark red base, black accessories and dark red cables (Maxen2 request comments section) -> Optional red cartridge documentation
Black base, green trim and green cable (Noshe300 requested in comments section) -> Optional green cartridge documentation
Beam color variants:
green beam color
blue beam color
additional:
Blackwood Rifle Stock Optional Files
How to enable it

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
