It has custom animations, custom sounds, and also has a variable modification system including various versions if it tracks like MG36, G36C, Lithuanian G36KV and KAC.
The G36 is very friendly to be integrated into the game via missions (H&K exist in the Fallout universe and were created in Laser Gattlings for example) and parts have to be purchased from vendors scavenging parts around the Federation.
