Kingsport Lighthouse Vanilla Blueprint
I always found the Kingsport settlement to be fun, but also pretty annoying to build. So in my current game, I decided to do a little better. It's still not a masterpiece by any means, but it does provide a nice blueprint for a small town. I took some inspiration and ideas from unrelated builds, but the solution was built from scratch.
Require:
Fallout 4 and DLC
Relocation
- 495 pieces exported
- 20 beds available
- Various level 2 and level 3 shops
- The empty building above the shoreline does have a few workbenches (with more space)
- Power Armor Station
- Defense > 100
- Should be fully powered
- Bunker Hill Stop
- Provide optional opening points for IDEK's logistics station (requires Sim settlements and IDEK's logistics station, the project is not exported in the blueprint)
Install:
Place the file contents into the Fallout 4 folder. If you need or want, rename the numbering of the folders contained in the blueprints folder to your liking.
Regarding nuking: If you select the "Everything in Checkout" option before installing, you will end up with some missing items. I recommend using the regular options and then editing anything that doesn't match afterward. This is because I didn't cancel any* in the settlement before I started researching.
uninstall:
Delete the .json file from the TransferSettlements blueprint folder.

Brighter Wasteland Studio Lights Up
Better trash fences
longer power cord

It's still not a masterpiece by any means, but it does provide a nice little town blueprint. I took some inspiration and ideas from irrelevantposter's version, however the settlement is built from scratch.
Requirements:
Fallout 4 & DLC
Transfer Settlements
- 495 items exported
- 20 beds available
- Various level 2 & 3 stores
- Empty building atop the shoreline does house a few workbenches (with space for more)
- Power Armor station
- Defense >100
- Should be fully powered
- Bunker Hill stop
- Features an optional open spot for IDEK's logistic station (Sim settlements & IDEK's Logistic station required, item not exported in blueprint)
Installation:
Drop the contents of the file into you Fallout 4 folder. Rename the number of the folder contain within the the blueprints folder to one of your liking if needed or wanted.
Regarding nuking: if you chose the "nuke everything in the settlement" option before installing, you will end up with a few missing items. I'd recommend the regular option and then edit out anything not matching afterwards. This is because I did not scrapping and nuking *everything* in the settlement before I started to work on it.
Uninstallation:
Delete the.json file out of your TransferSettlements blueprints folder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
