***Troubleshooting/Compatibility***
This mod's dependencies are incompatible with any mod included with Real HD Face Textures 2k and LMCC.
CTD issues, missing brows or wrong color display are almost always caused by conflicts with the LooksMenu Customization Compendium. Please check the LMCC page carefully to make sure you haven't separately installed any of the mods already included in it, or any other mods that might conflict with things like eyebrows, skin and hair color palettes, tattoos, freckles and moles, or basically anything that edits human values.
Dark/Brown/Black Face Bug: If you have double-checked the correct [archive] string in the Fallout4Custom.ini file, then this is most likely caused by custom face textures and the ability to have resolutions that conflict with the fixed resolution forced by the official UHD resolution DLC. There are 3 options here - you can remove the UHD DLC, you can download the Black Face Bug patch here, or you can rename the .esm and .bsa files associated with the DLC to anything other than the original file names. I use the rename method because it allows you to use UHD textures in your game without triggering fixed resolution limitations, and it guarantees compatibility with all vanilla-sized custom textures and features. Just make sure the renamed .esm files are still checked in the load order.
Don't apply the Curie replacer and load the save where she is in the memory lounger, apparently this will cause hair mesh issues as mentioned in the bug list.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
