This project was born out of two things: incredible boredom and a desire to create something other than video. I (Jurttu, the original author, the same below) originally planned to include 5 locations, but since I still had ideas, I decided to go ahead. This is my first location mod.
Requires Far Harbor and Nuka-World.
Features:
7 dungeons of various sizes and types scattered throughout the Commonwealth.
The design is legend-friendly and atmospheric.
2 additional unmarked locations.
Balanced loot for "normal" and survival games.
Each location has a different amount of lore.
3 unique vanilla/DLC weapon variants to find (1 with custom legendary effect).
Enemies and some loot will level up along with the player character.
Highly compatible and does not break precombines/previs. All changes are purely cumulative; no original records are modified.
Many locations can be targeted by Radiance missions and/or other objectives.
Place
Cutthroat Hovel
Consisting of a until recently abandoned student apartment and an office building, the current occupants are turning them into new hideouts. The Federation would be better off if they moved to some other place - like Hell. Once you get them up there, you can help pay for the moving company yourself.
Duode Plastic Factory
This small factory once produced some of the more mundane, everyday items needed by American consumers, but the war closed it forever. It's been largely unnoticed since then, so there should still be some scraps in there.
Lechmere Station
This Green Line station is widely believed to have been destroyed, but don't let the entrance fool you—a maintenance hatch gives you access to the forgotten subway station. But like everywhere else in the Commonwealth, you may encounter some wildlife inside.
Buried Super-Duper Mart
One of the last remaining buildings in Framingham, the Glowing Sea has almost completely engulfed the place. However, beneath the radioactive ash and sludge, you can find a lot of waste...and a lot of trouble.
Weston Road Rest Stop
Before the war, this little gas station had a reputation for being very unassuming. There is nothing to see here. Now move on, citizens!
Concord Steak House
This old restaurant used to be the most patriotic restaurant in town, but has been almost forgotten for a long time. Still, there's an old rumor that some kind of treasure is hidden inside; those who went looking for it never came back.
Lexington Mall
This underground, ultra-modern shopping mall is located directly below the main square. Time and looters haven't been kind to it, but maybe you can still find something useful inside.
Unmarked location
Park Street Church
The church was used as a disaster relief site immediately after the war, but due to its proximity to Boston Common, few people have visited there since.
Abandoned House
Although Hegenburg is almost a ghost town, one house has recently shown signs of being occupied. Maybe you should check out what's what.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
