About this mod Machine translation

As shown in the picture, it is a famous small and square submachine gun with three unique animations and optional LL drops.

Original address:

Prefix:

STS (for rail sights):

Updated Chinese address on February 18, 2026:

In addition to the main body, the package also includes the 2K texture and tactical reload patch I mentioned, which can be installed according to personal needs.

*This site has actually been moved by someone before, but as I said before, many uploaders here do not have the habit of updating with the original author. Just like this one, the previous upload stopped at version 1.0b, which still has many problems, and the Chinese address has not been updated. Today I happened to make a 2K texture replacement for mac-10, so I uploaded the latest version 1.1 so far, which added a silencer with a rail (which can be used to install a sight). The default machine sight also added green fluorescence for night combat. The most important thing is to fix the problem of sound effect loss of continuous fire, making it a truly practical micro-rammer. *

Introduction

This little project has been sitting on my (original author TheBigLidowski aka Utherien, the same below) hard drive for too long, and it's finally finished.

I'm pretty sure this gun needs no introduction. Everyone knows the MAC-10, especially John Travolta.

This scene inspired me to originally create the MAC-10 for Fallout 4.

The distribution of the tiered list is quite general, it will inject regular people, marauders, gunslingers, DC security, triggermen, brotherhood soldiers, and militiamen. Additionally, the mod has specialized syringes, which you will see in the merchant's inventory. Of course, the dealer sells the gun itself. All of these injection options are customizable through a series of menus that appear when the player reaches level 2.

Contains

3 types of bolts - rusty, repaired, improved - the main difference is the rate of fire;

9 caliber modifications - .45, .45 improved, .45 optimized, .38, .38 improved, .38 optimized, 10mm, 10mm improved, 10mm optimized - different calibers have different damage, range and magazine capacity, the optimized and improved versions increase controllable recoil, rate of fire and damage;

2 types of muzzles - compensator and suppressor - significantly reduce recoil and dispersion;

2 butt states - folded and unfolded (better hip shooting or better aiming);

2 types of magazines - standard and rapid ejection (no major modifications);

3 hold animations - Default, Gangster and Hold Silencer (see screenshot);

6 skins - Default, Multicam Black, Orange Box, Pink Princess, Red Numbers, Vietnam;

Damage Modifier - from +20% to +300

Prerequisites

Fallout 4 version 1.10.162 or higher.

A clear sight is required for telescopic work.

How to get

After installation, enter the game (assuming the character level reaches level 2 or above), and you will be asked some questions about the allocation of the firearm level list (NPC+vendor/only supplier/no legendary destiny), modules (add merchant/not add), and then you will have the opportunity to cheat immediately in the backpack.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This should be common knowledge, but here's the thing: this mod doesn't work on outdated Fallout 4! If your game version is lower than 1.10.162, you can't see this gun at all; if your game version is lower than 1.10, even if you can run it by modifying the file header in FO4Edit, you will still crash in the workbench and weapon inspection, because this mod will use material swapping to implement various functions.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
