Custom sounds added - by Stevenhy11 aka RessesOfNazareth
Lowered explosion AOE to 1-64, but now ignores LOS.
Reworked Explosive AOE reward format, now only affects Siege Magazine and Charge Magazine when >1 charge.
Adjusted instance naming rules
Fixed some magazine/book tooltips and spawn > Adjusted scope grid
Created a mechanic that slightly increases explosion damage, AOE and limb damage, range, and hit rate relative to charged shots.
Changed "End Times Legend" to "Body Damage" and "Gore".
Major damage rebalancing
- Base damage increased to 80, now taking full advantage of multiplier damage. This is because only explosion damage can make the weapon OP.
- Increased base reload speed, and rebalanced reload speed bonus - Added mechanic to reduce explosive splash damage from LongVats-Burst by 50%.
- Adjusted Fusion Battery damage - Adjusted Fusion Core damage - Volley Barrel, damage reduction and replacement battery bonuses will be reduced when not recharging
- Receiver damage bonus, supercharger now deals additional limb damage.
Rebalance recoil.
- Longer barrels now have higher recoil, while shorter barrels have lower recoil. This is a short barrel designed to encourage rapid fire.
- Adjusted recoil format to additive: Capacitors now add to recoil instead of subtracting from it.
- Recoil reduction redistributed between attachments.
Added lootable weapons at:
- Concord Civic Access
- Saugus Iron Works
- Dunwich borer
- Quincy Quarry
- Bush dig site
- Scrap Palace
- Naticks Bank
Known issues:
- The explosion damage is bloated and when you start upgrading it, it does more damage than the attribute card does. This is why Explosive Legends were removed, except for very rare drops.
- Explosive fragmentation bonus also affects grenades. This is broken down at between +21% and +55% of max charge, which also stacks with Demolitionist, resulting in insane AOE. However, having to enjoy the 21% to +55% AOE bonus as the engine revs up means you can keep your EMD charged and never use it, and your grenades in main form.
Look! Anti-materiel Gauss rifle.
The HH-Tools heavy-duty electromagnetic mass launcher is designed for industrial use, from shooting slag out of kilns to drilling holes in rock as an alternative to drill bits. It inspired the military to adopt the Gauss rifle for portable use, culminating in the Gauss rifle prototype and eventual mass production.
It can be found in many industrial environments, usually mounted on robotic arms or vehicles capable of handling stress, and equipped in different settings for drilling holes or connecting rivets; but there are also cunning wastelanders, such as the Rust Demon Gang, who have modified it for portable use to exert more terrifying power.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
