Now packaged are the standard version (when using power armor, there will be a -10% movement speed penalty) and the agility penalty version (when using power armor, -2 agility). You can choose one of the two to install according to your own playing habits.
Original address:
Its function:
-10% movement speed when wearing Power Armor. (A total of 30% less than without power armor) This does affect the animation, but in my opinion they look more realistic and similar to how power armor appears in the Fallout TV series.
Optional version of -2 Dexterity with an additional speed penalty.
If you encounter any problems, please try your best to describe them and I (the original author PaladinKal, the same below) will do my best to solve them. I recommend pairing this mod with your favorite overhaul, such as Bastion, for the best experience. See my list of recommendations below.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
