Install
Option 1 – Mod Manager (NMM)
Click the Download (NMM) button at the top of this page.
Activate ICPA in NMM.
Option 2 - Manual installation
Extract ICPA.esp from the downloaded archive file.
Move ICPA.esp to the data/ folder in the Fallout 4 installation directory.
Enable ICPA.esp by ESP administrator or edit plugin.txt.
