-----------------

*August 1, 2026. Version 3.7:

*Someone pointed out that the script to control the pneumatic rifle is in the main archive

It has copied itself more than 60,000 times. It hurts so much. I'm deeply sorry for this and any problems this may cause. This update is canceled

For mission-phase use, only the weapon shooting roll in the alias is used to update rifle ammo. Actually,

As the shooting ammunition increases and the ammunition needs to be replenished at 50 rounds, the effect seems to be better. I also lowered its damage slightly, so

It's not that strong.

*July 19, 2025: Version 3.6:

*Fixed the pneumatic rifle so that ammo now works properly. For some reason, the task controlling reloading decided to simply stop.

*March 28, 2025, version 3.5:

  • Removed extraneous files to reduce overall size.

*March 21, 2025, version 3.4:

*Added Facegen to eliminate lag effects in next-gen updates.

*Added description for alien teleporter.

*Fixed new magazines showing wrong perks.

*Trying to fix pop-in textures with LOD, but with little success. There may still be some crackling.

*February 18, 2025, version 3.3:

*Minor bug fixes.

*Fixed unique armor sets as it could cause a crash.

*Added CBBE support directly into the mod.

*Realized I took out Super Mutant Lipwig's lines.

*February 17, 2025: Version 3.2:

*Many major fixes throughout the mod.

*Alien teleporters now work in your Pipboy menu and won't stick you to the ground. You can also use it to teleport back to your original location.

*Fixed missing walls in humble cave.

*Added a new super mutant, Luzi, who is at the entrance. He will give you advice, quests, and equipment.

*Added new quests leading to unique armor sets and named monsters (note on the table next to Lu-Tze)

*Added a new unique rifle called the Pneumatic Rifle. Find it on the table with Luzi.

  • Got rid of the quest to activate the radio station quest; it was too buggy. Now, once you have

signal amplifier and you can activate it yourself on the radio.

*Added a new NPC to the mutant settlement, a Mr Handy to explain their connection. He will also tell you where to find a signal amplifier.

*January 26, 2025: Version 3.1:

*Sorry, realized aliens are still attacking each other in the vault. Fixed now.

*January 26, 2025: Version 3.0 added to resolve the following issues:

Missing walls in *Fixed stadium

The legendary Bloated Fly's sound breaks *Fixed for Mutant Lipwig

Radio Mission *Dirty edit removed

Hunter's Abyss

-----------------

This new land mod is inspired by The Divide in New Vegas, although not quite as big. It adds a super mutant trader named Hunter, who can be found in the caves northwest of Fiddler's Green. There, he works at his trading post with his loyal mutant hound, Cuddles.

He'll guide you to the Abyss, a massive fissure in the ground located at the southern end of the Glowing Sea. Get ready for a fight because the radiation levels are over the top, making the animals there larger and more aggressive than those in the Commonwealth.

In addition to Hunter and new areas, the mod also includes:

Several fully voiced NPCs

New Legendary Hunt available from Hunter.

New weapons with unique looks

new armor set

5 new issues of magazine

Unlock new settlement area (Burlington Beach)

New player home and workshop (pretty unique I hope)

New radio station featuring 1920s jazz (all royalty-free recordings)

New tasks.

It should last 2-3 hours, but be sure to explore. There is a lot hidden throughout the process.

Unfortunately it's only available as a loose file mod because when I tried to package it into the Anniversary Edition it was completely broken.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
