This mod adds Croatian VHS-2 to Fallout 4 with many features:
Custom animation
Custom models and textures
16 custom sights
7 custom grips
5 custom magazines
4 muzzle devices
Lasers and flashlights
Various materials
The weapon works with see-through scopes, which is not required, but you will need it if you want the scope to work properly. Weapons have a full upgrade list and start spawning at level 20. You can buy it from a trader, craft it in the Chemistry Laboratory under the "Weapons - VHS-2" category, or you can give it to yourself by typing "help VHS 4" in the console and using "player.additem ID".
Animation does not work in third person using power armor.
I (original author Subleader, the same below) originally planned to make a grenade launcher, but I didn't have the confidence to do it. After this mod, I'm taking a little break from modding because cyberpunk is out and I have a city to burn. In terms of modding, I already have my own projects, so there's no need to ask me to do mods or anything. I won't be adding any features to the weapons, the only thing I will do is fix bugs if needed.
The main body, upgrade patch, purple sight repair and localization have been packaged and uploaded together.
In addition, I recommend a modified version of the boss, which fixes a lot of problems that the subleader has not solved:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
