Enables hover flight same as tcl
This is my personal characteristic and the content is very simple. The script uses the "CROSS Courser Recall Collar".
When using cross course recall collar, the effect is the same as tcl are running.

When using Course Recall Collar[Trigger], tcl will run without a console.
The effect will be disabled after unequipping or entering tcl via the console.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
