I (the original author Halffaces, the same below) made new polygon meshes and HD textures (not "re-textured") for the two original bowling pins and the original bowling ball. Actually, these are the meshes BowlingBall01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif, and BowlingPin01.nif.
This is a very simple mod that replaces low quality vanilla bowling pins and bowling balls with my models. I've long been annoyed by the original look of these items. That said, in the original, what were supposed to be round and smooth shapes had noticeable angles, and of course very ugly low-resolution textures. At first, I made this mod just for myself, since there was nothing special about the models and no room for imaginative changes to the design (shape). Anyway, now I've decided to share this with you, for those of you who might enjoy it.
compatibility:
Should be fully compatible with any other content, except mods by other authors that modify BowlingBall01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif.
Incompatible with mods that make any changes to BowlingBall01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif contained in this mod, even simple name or folder structure changes. Not compatible with any other mesh replacements and/or re-textures of original bowling balls and bowling pins (BowlingBall01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif, BowlingPin01.nif).
No ESP, no script. Mesh and texture only. So it's absolutely safe to install/uninstall mid-game (at any time).
I hope you will like it. Thank you so much????

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
