burned book replacement
The 2K and 4K material master files have been packaged and uploaded together. You can choose to install them according to your needs.
My new meshes and HD BC7 textures replaced the ugly and very low quality original models (and textures). Namely BurntBook01.nif and BurntBook02.nif.
I know this doesn't fit the legend because I'm not making burned books, but old, worn, damaged books. This is my personal choice. I do it because I love it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. If you don't like it, that's your choice. I'm very sorry.
Please don't waste your time writing stuff like "I don't like it because it wasn't burned", "I don't like what you did, you should try harder to redo it", "I don't like the inscription on the book cover and/or the nickname on the cover, I want you to delete it and redo it without these inscriptions", etc. I will not reply to these comments, and I certainly will not redo any such comments for you.
Contains only meshes and textures, no ESP or scripts. Therefore, it is safe to install/uninstall at any time.
I hope you will like it. Thank you so much????

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
