This retexture of the Raider power armor is part of a complete retexture for Fallout 4 that I'm working on (including most of the creation club locations, armor, weapons, etc.).
The goal with this mod and the others I'm working on right now is to make the game more visually appealing without straying from the original texture palette, so the focus is on putting more detail on the textures.
Install:
Just install and activate the plugin using your favorite mod manager (it's a lightweight plugin)
Notes:
The 2k version has the same resolution as the original 2k diffuse map, 1k normal and specular maps
The 4k version is 4k for the diffuse map and 2k for the normal and specular maps
