About this mod Machine translation
The world is slowly recovering from a devastating war, and as the floods begin to clear, places long thought to be forgotten slowly begin to emerge again.
The Brotherhood of Steel found such a niche. Vault 165 can be located on pip-boy on the far east side of the Commonwealth. Just above Croup Manor. Speak with Paladin Shepard to begin the quest.
Useful mod instructions:
The mod is level-based, meaning enemies and loot change based on your current level.
This is a standalone story and neither mission affects the original storyline in any way
Paladin Shepard is a member of the Brotherhood of Steel, but he doesn't have a faction, so you can still accept quests regardless of your standing among them.
There's no dubbing yet, so you'll need to turn on your subtitles.
The second NPC who will give you the second quest is located in the Vault Nursery. The key to unlocking the nursery is in one of the vault bedrooms.
Rewards wise, there's loot scattered throughout the vault and peace of power armor.
The story of what's going on in the Vault is mostly told through the many terminal entries, so you might want to read them from time to time.
You cannot open the Vault Entrance without talking to Paladin Shepard, as he will give you the key to unlock the elevator.
This mod does not require any Fallout 4 DLC. Just the base game.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
