Hangman's Cornerhouse
Looking for a new place to call home?
a not too big landscape
And nearby attackers can snipe from the rooftop terrace?
Don't worry, I have something just for you.
Overview:
I found a well-located run-down building on a corner near Hangman's Alley and decided to turn it into a livable home for a solitary survivor. The location is very convenient with Diamond City nearby and a potential settlement nearby. There is also a nice view of the river from the windows and some snipers to do target practice with their sniper rifles. Fast travel is not marked on the map because Hangman's Alley is only a few steps away:
Just like my Fizztop Grille Renovated mod, this one also consists of two parts. The first part is the .esp, which cleans and enhances the original location and converts it into a buildable area. The second part is the settlement transfer blueprint, which has two versions: one turns the ruins into a complete, comfortable residence with two floors and a roof terrace, and the other does the same but also adds furniture, decoration and defensive elements.
Features:
in particular
Clean the area from most trash
Add glass to bay window
Added fake interior sound effects to buildings (soft ambience, rain and thunder sounds like you are inside the building etc)
Added workshop access to the building (not settlement)

How to install:
For .esp: use a mod manager or just put the file into the Data folder. Make sure it's loaded as low in the load order as possible.
For blueprints: Manually copy the .json file to the blueprints folder. Typically this will be in: [drive letter]:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints NOTE:
I decided not to leave that huge pile of rubble behind to avoid navigation issues on the navigator.
You can remove the rubble yourself using Place Everywhere or the console command markfordelete.
Power lines and conduits are located on the outside of the building, if you want to remove them use tcl commands to reach them.
For more information, please view the uploaded image and read its informative description.
esp is not meant to be used alone, you need a blueprint to make the place actually work.
Just load one blueprint or the other. If you change your mind after loading a blueprint, check the settlement and load another one.
The basic blueprint gives you a beautiful house with access to a workshop to decorate it with the decorations you like according to your choice.
Fully functional blueprints provide you with the same home with furniture, decorations and security elements.
The blueprints were created with Snap'n'Build 1.9, but I tested them with 2.0 and they work very well.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
