About this mod Machine translation
If you have an older version of the mod Makeshift Anti-Materiel Rifle installed I highly recommend you uninstall it, load your save and save your game then come back and install it. If you are updating from version 1.3 I recommend you do the following steps, but this may not be needed only if the legendary version does not spawn for you.
The anti-armor rifles were designed by the Gunners as high caliber rifles were needed to counter the presence of the Commonwealth Brotherhood of Steel upon arrival.
where to find weapons
Once you reach level 15, weapons should start spawning on advanced gunners. You can also purchase weapons from KL-E-0 in Good Neighbor.
(If weapons don't spawn, try sleeping 4 times on a game day to refresh the level list)
(The ammunition for the high explosive receiver is crafted in the Chemistry Workbench in the Utility menu)
The Blue Legend version can find the Duffel Bag in the ruins of Quincy on top of the church bell tower.
Big Pipe and Bread and Butter can be found in the Vault 95 Overseers office, along with a new Gunner boss "Captain Bannar" who will have the key to the Blue Legendary HAMR Duffel Bag.
Morning breath can be found in Hub City Auto Wreckers inside a locked bike.
Known issues
1.Minor clipping and third person holding.
- Shearing when reloading (only visible in higher field of view in first person)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
