- Nothing happens after installation.
Sometimes the script doesn't start correctly. To fix, simply uninstall this mod, load and save your game, and reinstall.
- Why do they sound interesting?
There's nothing I can do about it, not sorry.
- Can you port this to Xbox?
No, neither can anyone else.
- Can you do xyz?
Probably not
- Where is the workshop?
This is the keyboard next to one of the doors, see the screenshot to see it.
- I heard there are more features?
I had to cut out a few things (Affinity System, Auntie Dot, and Recruitment Quests) because they didn't work as expected/at all.
I spent several months working on these and although they were set up correctly (based on several tutorials and examples in the game I looked at), there was still an issue with it not starting properly.
The affinity system I ended up with was much more basic than I was happy with, but also complex enough that I couldn't develop it further, so I abandoned it.
With Auntie Dot, I tried 4 different ways to get it to work and wasn't happy with any of them, so I gave up on it for now. Active efforts are underway to add this content for future updates.
|Known errors|
- Recruiting them using the radio in the Noble Safehouse (and probably all interiors) will cause a lag in the script and it will take a few seconds for them to actually follow you.
- Hack/Unlock scenarios sometimes go wrong and they get stuck. There is currently no fix.
- You can't harm the Noble Team, but if you shoot them enough, they will become hostile. Haven't figured out how to stop this from happening yet.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
