introduce
Made light revisions to some of the loot tables to make the game more difficult and maintain a level of realism. Much of the mod consists of editing the death item level lists for most creatures in the game. In vanilla, almost all mobs had a chance to drop bottle caps and junk items upon death. These have been completely removed, so you can no longer obtain the above directly from hunting and must sell the resources of the creatures you kill. This also helps the game play more like a wasteland survival environment, since killing "boss" creatures does not yield weapons or armor. Mobs only drop things they would naturally find. In addition to the dead item level list changes, some container level lists have also been edited using the same logic. For example, capital letters from pre-war mailboxes have been removed.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
