- Update v1.5.1 -
Version 1.5.1 has been launched. In it I changed some variations of the flowers and the density of the flowers. I added Solomon's seal and shamrock. I've removed the dandelions but kept them in Commonwealth Spring as they fit in better with the overall look.
- describe -
This is the green grass version of Spring in federated mode. I chose to make a separate mod page for this version because the two grass mods will probably go in different directions. The mod includes green grass and spring flowers (new meshes, textures and materials), plus more grass thanks to Gorgeous Grasses, Doodlezoid and color, a touch of green thanks to Dragonalex155. This means it will have a performance increase compared to the vanilla version, but it is a lightweight version of Gorgeous Grasses, so it will be smoother than the original Gorgeous Grasses mod. I don't have a monster computer, so my goal with my mods is to get them running without a big performance hit.
If you want all the extra green stuff, I recommend running this mod with a bit of green. This mod only covers grass. If you use a touch of green, make sure you install this mod after that and choose to replace the files with a touch of green with those from this mod.
- renew -
I will work on adding another version of this mod, with aqua. So expect it to appear soon. Otherwise, if there are any issues with the mod, please let me know so I know what I can do to improve it.
- Install -
Use NMM or copy the contents of the .zip into your fallout 4 data folder.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
