Great selection of heavy shotguns

A new heavy weapon has been added, a pump action shotgun type heavy weapon. ESL available.

The second member of the Select Series is the Select Heavy Shotgun, a large industrial shotgun found at the Saugus Steel Works. Welcome to the family.

Features some common weapon modifications, paint jobs, and ammo types. The video below shows some of the paint jobs and ammo types. My (original author neeher, the same below) favorite combination is the academy paint with single-head bullets!

This weapon is actually a community effort created by my YouTube subscribers and Facebook followers! We compiled a bunch of possible weapon options and everyone voted for their favorite features. We combined them to create a pump-action shotgun type heavy weapon with high damage and low shotgun shell capacity that doesn't require rotation. How to get

This weapon can be found inside Saugus Iron Works and is intended as an alternative reward for completing the "Leap out of the Fire Pit" mission at Finch Farm. If you've already completed this quest, you can still get it back. It can be found in one of the catwalk rooms. The fifth photo above shows its location. Note that it's best to grab it when not in combat...

After first acquisition, this weapon and its ammunition type can be crafted at the Chemistry Workbench under the HVY SEL SHOTGUN entry.

This weapon is best used in power armor! You can use it outside of power armor, but at the expense of mobility and reload speed...

For console command: help select 4 weap

They can also be legendary, with heavy option shotguns being added with a random legendary infusion. Begins to appear at level 30.

Install

Install like any other mod. No DLC or Mods required. Install using MO2/Vortex or enable via the Mods menu in Fallout 4.

Three versions are available for download. ESL and ESP. Aside from the Lite ESP, this also has no paint options and lower quality texture compression, essentially being the Xbox version.

Vanilla Compatibility: This mod provides ongoing edits to the interior of the Saugus Iron Works without breaking the pre-composed.
