About this mod Machine translation

Replaced the model and textures of the original plasma grenade with a new high-quality model. Available in 1K and 2K versions.

Original address:

The 1K and 2K material master files have been uploaded. You can choose one of the two to install according to your needs.

*The GEA-5H grenade has no direct real-life counterpart; the designation "GEA-5H" is taken directly from the original artist's markings on the casing. *

This includes:

Inventory/Pip-Boy view items.

Projectile model (when thrown).

Without the .esp file, it will not take up space in the loading sequence; this module will not affect attributes, refresh, and names, and has no other functions except replacing the screen. The texture size is 2048 x 2048, which is twice the size of the original texture. They are compressed to reduce file size.

There is also an optional 1024 x 1024 (1K) file for less powerful systems or if your priority is chasing maximum performance.

Acknowledgments:

The original model (and textures) were originally released to Sketchfab under a CC-BY Attribution Creative Commons license by artist Sailor Antares (user name Indie_Weed). I changed the model to fallout 4. NIF format and convert the texture to. DDS format.

Special thanks and credit to them!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
