This is a story expansion pack for Settlement Simulator 2. It requires you to also own Chapter 2, Chapter 3 and the SS2 expansion. If you have Settlement Simulator 2 - All Chapters Pack, these contents will be included with the download package.
SS2 extensions may need to be enabled in your plugin.
This is made using a downgraded version of Fallout 4——
BA2 archives should be able to be used on downgraded games, and can also be used with AE/NG.
This is an ESP plugin. It takes up a load order slot.
Unfortunately, it's too large to be labeled ESL, but the upside is that it will be easier to add more plans in the future.
Sim Settlements 2 Extras
Of the components, 48 are single settler house plans, 1 is a two-person house plan and 1 is a four-person house plan.
Please note that many plans do not use traditional beds.
Many home floor plan designs feature different interior lot versions, further offering:
Additional information:
Some plans use couches labeled "settler sleeping," and one plan has coffins for sleeping.
13 are purely residential plans, 19 have only one alternative lot type, 14 have 2 additional lot types, 5 have 3 additional lot types, and 21 are outpost lots of various types (including 13 military lots and 8 recreational lots), so usually go to the third
Chapter's revival mission will be seen.
Some plots use static chairs or couches that you can't interact with.
Some of them do have "sit" markers though, but you need to hover over the smaller interactive areas.
Positioning of extended content
These structures and items should blend well into smooth wooden walls and wooden floors.
The warehouse floor is slightly higher, and from a distance there may be walls or Z fights. Most likely caused by damage to the carpet flat.
Thicker walls, or ones with beams like in a warehouse, may penetrate posters etc.
If you have "Place Everywhere", you can adjust the plot position slightly with the nudge function turned down. need
A "refresh graph" to update all objects in the plan.
Want to prevent a specific plan from randomly appearing in your game?
If you don't like a plan, or agree with its alternatives, you can blacklist unwanted plans.
This way they won't be randomly selected in the future.
You can still select them manually in the Select Architectural Drawings menu.
To be blacklisted, go to the City Planning Office and click on the "Architectural Drawings" drawer
Why do many designs have multiple versions?
As an urban planner, I tend to do interior plots late in the urban plan production process.
I find that this stage usually requires more residential lots and wants a wider variety of options to achieve the desired results.
I decided to make plot type variations for many of the house designs to provide more options and balance settlement needs.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
