Merged RootBehavior (a small integration of FX that packages the functionality of TR and STS together):

Or separately installed the STS and TR that I posted before. Yes, the official version now fully supports STS and TR. If you don’t use these two or force the use of FX’s front-end, then it’s your own fault if something goes wrong.

Button Lowered Weapons (optional, if compatibility patch is to be used):

The main file (choose one from 4K2K) and the optional reload animation replacement patch, Button Lowered Weapons patch, have been uploaded. You can choose to install it according to your needs.

Official version update on August 18th:

After a long period of testing and updating, FX, the only true god in the weapon area, released the official version of Honey Badger on the N network, inheriting the same excellent animation and high compatibility as always. Accordingly, I will also change this page to a standard release post (after all, it is no longer a Red P sponsored version, and various problems with the previous test version have also been fixed, which is considered a large update)

Official Chinese version address of Station B:

Update on August 24th: Added the running/walking animation extracted from version 1.0 to make it look less shaky than the default version. It has now been repackaged and uploaded.

Introducing the Honey Badger PDW, a highly customizable and deadly addition to your Fallout 4 arsenal. The weapon features custom sounds, animations for first- and third-person perspectives, and optional levellist integration to take the weapon to the wasteland. It uses vanilla 5.56 ammo and is based on the properties of the default assault rifle, meaning it doesn't upset the balance too much.

The weapon has built-in support for tactical reloads and sprint reloads, and also has two types of reloads that will be used in a random order.

You have two starting options to choose from:

Normal: Provides you with hierarchical lists and options for making integrations.

Tiered List Integration: Discover the Honey Badger PDW as part of the Wasteland loot economy. It will be distributed across factions, vendors, and enemy inventories, adding an element of surprise and rarity to your adventure.

Crafting Integration: Craft the Honey Badger PDW at the Chemistry Workbench.

Cheat: Same as normal, but also adds a weapon to the player's inventory.

Tiered List Integration: Just like in the normal option, Honey Badger PDW will be seamlessly integrated into tiered lists for loot distribution.

Instant Access: Additionally, the weapon will be automatically added to your inventory from the start, no need to find or craft it. This option is great for those who want to jump straight into the action.

Use this sophisticated weapon to eliminate your enemies in both close and ranged engagements. Whether you are a seasoned survivor or a fresh outcast, the Honey Badger will become an important part of your arsenal to ensure your survival in the Federation.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
