Known Issues Big Issues
Q - Frank Horrigan has shrunk, and it's tiny!
A - Go into his inventory, unequip and re-equip his Equalizer MK2 Breastplate. Also, it's cold, give him a break :(
Q - Frank Horrigan takes off his armor and won't go back in!
A: This matter is currently under investigation. His AI is specifically set up not to do this, so I'm trying to find a way around it. I don't know how to make Frank a commanding companion and order him to put his armor back on. No luck so far.
Q - Frank is attacking my allies, just like the Enclave faction!
Answer - To view it, while opening the console select Frank and type "addtofaction 1c21c 1"

When I open it my creation kit throws me an error code saying I don't have enough memory to run it (not true..) and I'm not sure what's going on. I'm going to take a break from modding until at least mid-2026 because the Creation Kit is giving me a headache and I want to focus on my Fallout fan movies. I suspect I didn't disable Frank's ability to access the terminal in his AI pack, just the crafting station, but I'm not sure. There are a few things that need tinkering if anyone wants to.
- Papyrus script needs to be added when recruiting to add Frank to the player faction.
- Need to remove the "Return to base" dialog option to "It doesn't matter" because it doesn't work and I forgot to change it.
- Frank is a bit too talkative. He has to be allowed to speak his environmental lines in a fraction of the time he does now.
Sorry, this is my first mod and the Creation Kit has been a pain.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
