Updated Chinese address on October 18th:
A controllable Havok truck named Panic!
(Also a stupid giant marble named...marble...or something)
Drop the miscellaneous item called "A Truck Spawn Marker" from your inventory, then follow the instructions it gives you.
Drivable/drivable vehicles/items include:
-The "Panic Truck!" option is the original (mostly defunct) rotary steer truck. Full control instructions are displayed in-game and displayed when building.
-The "Alarm Truck!" option is the new rack and pinion steering system. These may be the primary settings of the future.
-The "Build marble...?" option is just a stupid giant marble. The arrow inside points in the direction it's facing. But good luck trying to control it...it turns out the arrow really doesn't help at all...in fact the arrow is almost evil as it taunts you with its evil whirl of "evil evil" lol.
You can also try:
-Jeep add-ons.
-Halloween add-on.
- Loop add-ons.
-Lobo-A-GoGo add-on
-Silly Memez add-on

Random notes I can think of right now:
-This is all a "proof of concept". Keep expectations low. "This is not New Vegas XRE" lmao!
I'm honestly glad it "worked" as well as it did, and for me and mine, it's been much better than I expected. ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
However, I would totally say it would probably at least help if there was a lot less clutter/trash scattered on the roads in the Commonwealth...the roads overall are better, yeah...hey.
-This is the continuation of "Wasteland Truck". check it out.
- Do not uninstall the mod while driving the vehicle. If you uninstalled this mod before leaving your vehicle and it caused your character to freeze, hit the Tab key and it should fix it. Alternatively, make a new one-time save, close the game completely (don't just lazily exit to the main menu), reopen it and load the save. However, as a mod user, you really should know better than to do this in the first place.
- Do not load previous saves while driving a vehicle. However, if you do this and this results in your character being frozen, make a new one-time save, close the game completely (don't just lazily exit the main menu), reopen it and load the save.
-Do not take damage while controlling things. In fact, enemies will sometimes completely ignore you while controlling.
However, it is best to dismount on flat land... as there is a brief fall when dismounting.
It is what it is.
- The additional ESL files included in the main download are optional. This is a patch to enable things to collide with players/NPCs. I decided to separate it because it edits the original record (collision layer).
-Made specifically for keyboard/mouse. Anyone wanting to try patching a GamePad/Controller, please feel free to ask if a patch can be released. We'll almost certainly give it a thumbs up, as I know a lot of people will appreciate the gamepad/controller functionality.
- Mainly used in third person perspective. There's a first-person perspective, but it's very tense.
- If the turning radius is a bit wide, try getting out and returning or destroying the vehicle and placing another vehicle for use. Anyway, check this out more.
- Cornering is a bit sluggish/unresponsive, (again) hard.
-Start adding weapons. Very basic settings (although some have unique settings and some don't have any weapons at all, but most have exploding cannonballs). It might be possible to flesh it out later with some kind of mounted "weapons" of the sort so projectiles aren't just spawned from the "ether". Anyway, press 5 to throw projectiles in front of the vehicle.
- Your character is not present on the main truck for the time being. You could try the "Experimental Truck" (see note above).
Hopefully one day, with a good bit of free time, the …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
