federal chicken and rabbit

Added a lot of hand placement of Rad Chickens and Rad Rabbits from Far Harbor to the Commonwealth. Rad rabbits are in Far Harbor, and the Commonwealth has regular rabbits. The Commonwealth has Rad Roosters and Rad Chickens. All settlements should have some food, those are neutral and should not run away. Most are out in the field and will run away. Now, if you want to cook some chicken or rabbit, there's no need to go to Far Harbor to pick some up.

V1.04 now has all new chicken nests that can be placed in your settlement. The nest requires a wild chicken nest to create. Nests provide 2 types of food for settlers and 4 types of eggs if you harvest them. You can eat raw eggs for healing, or you can cook them in one of three ways, which provides healing and 3 buffs. The 1st is a 2 hour increase in healing rate, the 2nd is bonus XP, and the 3rd is more running speed. Healing lasts the same as an egg, other buffs last 2 hours. Wild chicken nests are rare and are found with pheasants. They regenerate like plants, so you can end up without crops and eggs. Wild and domestic chicken nests yield 4 eggs per harvest because there are 4 eggs in the nest.

They are almost everywhere. They are not found in marshy areas or coastal beaches or cities.

Probably incompatible with anything that changes their position. But that means there might be some rabbits and chickens roaming the place.
