Those familiar with Enclave Commander from earlier games will feel right at home. Whether you want to form a small fire brigade or a large military force, FCOM has you covered. After you install the mod and load the game, the mod will initialize and the command radio will be placed in your inventory along with a short command holotape called "FCOM ReadMe".
