What's this
A small, script-based mod for fixing boring map markers in Fallout 4.
These issues existed in the original game and affected fast travel for birds or fast travel switches. Now this mod is here and every time you load the game it will automatically check for affected map markers and fix them immediately if they need fixing. Like, when you use a fix from an unofficial patch, but then a mod conflict accidentally breaks their markings again.
Currently these broken map markers are fixed:
executioner alley
boston airport
ESL-ified ESP plug-in. There is zero override of any base game records, and world space is not edited at all.
Compatible with any and all stronghold modules
How to use
Install with Module Manager or manually.
uninstall
Can be safely uninstalled at any time.
Repair will remain active immediately after uninstallation, but ongoing damage will no longer be repaired automatically.
Open the console and type "stopquest MMF_MapMarkerFixService".
Make a clean save.
Finish.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
