There are four distinct settlements along the coast. Well, one has at least one pond.

Function

Four new settlements have been added along the coastline of Far Harbor

Please note

To ensure maximum compatibility with 5000 other Far Harbor mods, this mod will not touch pre-composed or pre-cast,

This means that not everything is scrappable, like the old house in Pebble Pond.

I (original author Zorkaz, the same below) do not use ordinary construction benches. Look for the red mailbox or red repeater instead.

It's best to use Place Anywhere.

Pine Lane

An old ruin that needs to be scrapped.

The space is very small but there is road access.

Grand Pier

The house was huge and ruined. However, behind it is a large dock available.

Perfect for building a lakefront home.

Pebble Pool

A pond surrounded by three houses and a garage.

Parking spaces are ideal for buildings and small docks are perfect for

Water produces or builds beautiful bridges.

Seaside Bridge

Build your settlement on the bridge and control traffic.

With a little planning, you can build a home on or near a river.

IMPORTANT: Always check if your settlement has 50% happiness upon entering the save file. (not just mine)

If they're only 20%, something is conflicting and you shouldn't save.
