I (original author zeninc09, the same below) really like Kudemborots, they are different from any other mobs in Fallout 4 and I always get a "fog" vibe from them.
What I did in this "Redux" version:
- Cleaned up esp for any world and NPC editors
- Relocated Kudemborots (they're perfect for Far Harbor), you'll find them in swampy, foggy areas. There are some smaller ones in the north, but the adults are only in the south. All in all, about a dozen.
- Reworked stats - They are quite the opponent. Adult Kudemborots are legendary and drop legendary loot.
- You can cook 2 pieces of Kudemborot meat to get a +50 carrying capacity buff for one hour.
- Rearranged the UVs of the model and repainted it
- de-ESLized ESP
Have fun and thanks to Zuzuluk for allowing the mod to be edited :)
Conflict: Probably none. If you are using the Immersive Legendary Mutation, Kudemborot will be smaller in size effect of the mod. This is because the mob's scale is less than 1.0
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
