Why should I make this MOD?
When I first entered the FO4 competition, I was surprised to find out that the Commonwealth's Enclave was discovered in the United States. I found an assortment of old Enclave-style bunkers and even some X-01 sets, but no actual Enclave. No remnants, no survivors, nothingness.. I know they've been defeated in FO2 and 3, but they almost completely ignored FO4, well... weird. While this is weird, I'm sure someone from the mod community will actually do the Enclave justice and put them back into the game.
Almost a year passed so I decided to make my own. I put the Enclave back into the game in the most user-friendly way I could think of. The Enclave is not a powerhouse that appears halfway through Fallout 3. Although very dangerous, Enclave Resurgent's Enclave numbers are small. They first need your help as a militia general. Over time, you will complete missions and upgrade its presence and capabilities in the Commonwealth. I want this mod to feel like you are rebuilding the Enclave and taking over the Commonwealth. This chaotic mess is the fruit of my labor and I sincerely hope you enjoy it.

Go to the Castle Armory and look for a note and key card. That’s all.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
