About this mod Machine translation
Remember that bad-ass armor you got from Moira Brown at the beginning of FO3?
Well the schematics are now available in the ChemStation so you can make your own suit!
This is a mashup of vanilla parts, suitable for both male and female characters.
There are 9 armored utility suits and an unarmored bodyguard mechanical suit.
•Vault Utility Jumpsuit
•Factions: BoS, Institute, Minutemen, Railroad
- Camos: city, jungle, woods
•J!NX
- You can craft them at the Armorsmith workbench under Institute, Military and Vault clothing and armor, depending on the jumpsuit you are crafting.
•Vault Utility sets can be upgraded with liners, just like "normal" vault sets
•Other practical jumpsuits using ballistic knitting
- Utility suits have an armor rating of 10 (plus some energy etc.), regular mech suits without leather armor don't
- NPCs will treat your vault utility set as a vanilla vault set, comment on it, etc.
The female version uses CBBE as the base, but since no skin is shown, the armor comes out of the box with a vanilla body.
I've included the Bodyslide files so you can get it to suit your body type, but keep in mind that since the Beth vanilla armors are crappy low poly garbage, it's going to look messy if your vault baby has giant nukes. Pun intended.
It will eventually be added to my armor collection, but I really wanted to release it as a standalone version so that people like me who hate spandex fuse suits can stand out and be unencumbered. ::compatibility::

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
