This model introduces process conditions. You need the Wasteland Survival Guide - Production Edition. You can buy it from Tinker Tom, Lucas the Caravan Armorer, or Deb at Bunker Hill. The recipe will not appear on the Armorsmith Workbench unless you have this magazine in your inventory. When you're done, just store the magazine wherever you want. This is to prevent a lot of clutter in the crafting menu when using multiple large armor models. I have my armor collection, Armorsmith Extended and my accessory mods as well as my crafting menu full of items.

At the armor workbench you can upgrade them with Ballistic Weave.

You can wear armor on all of them. They'll edit like crazy, so don't blame me if you do. Armor skirts have a very high armor rating because they already have armor pieces.

All clothing (yes, even skirts) is suitable for both genders. Skirts have (cunning) physics.

The women's gear mesh brought by the mod conforms to the shape of the CBBE base model, so you can use it with CBBE without using BodySlide. If you want a custom preset, then batch build in BodySlide as usual.
