By learning more about this bug, I quickly realized that Bethesda couldn't be bothered to fix it.
That's why I'm sharing with you a canned version of the relevant script I made today.
If some of your elevators are broken, it automatically fixes them all!
No ESP required, this is just an updated script (pex) file.
NOTE: The first and only time you need to repair a broken elevator, just fast travel elsewhere and back (reloading the battery).

- Install:
To install mods automatically, use the mod manager of your choice.
If you want to install it manually, download the archive and place the "Scripts" folder in the "Data" folder.

Simply delete "DLC05WorkshopElevatorScript.pex" from the "Scripts/DLC05" folder.
