Halved the size of all effect textures, suitable for slag machines that explode without reducing image quality. Includes Year Edition textures (but also available without DLC).
For me (KaptainCnucklz, the original author, the same below), it helps improve the frame rate when fighting around explosions and poison effects. Might not look that great, but might help if you're almost maxing out the video memory and these effects push your GPU to the edge. If you have enough video memory to push everything up, then this may not be of any help to you.

Installation and Uninstallation
Install like any other mod (i.e. using MO2 or Vortex). This plugin has no records or conflicts, is empty, and only exists to load the BSA.
Can be safely installed or uninstalled at any time from a mid-save file.
